This month, our resident baker Ana, picked her children's favourite dessert Key Lime Pie. Ana is a skilled baker and she is excited to share this recipe with you.
The base is made with pecan nuts and is deliciously crunchy whilst the filling is a soft, creamy lime curd. Add a little fresh wiped cream on top, and there you have it…a taste of summer in a pie.
