Laughter Walk

  • Lut's Place Grange Farm, Mill Lane Lincoln, England, LN6 9PB United Kingdom (map)

On the day the light returns (Imbolc) we would love to invite you to come out of the dark and wake up laughing to yourself, to your company, to the world.

Certified Laughing Animator Lut will take you on a gentle morning walk which will begin at Lut’s Place doorstep. Along the walk we will have some stops where I invite you to take part in some laughing exercises to wake up your body, mind and soul.

Laughter Yoga is a method developed and distributed worldwide by the Indian doctor Madan Katari.

Laughter is not only great fun but also a blessing for both our body and our mind. We know this from direct experience and also from scientific research.

Unfortunately, we laugh too little and too superficially to fully experience the benefits.

The Benefits of Laughter

  • Regulates our blood pressure

  • Improves our breathing

  • Gives our organs a natural massage

  • Stimulates our immune system

  • Reduces pain

  • Produces of endorphins

  • Teaches us to put things into perspective,

  • Helps us to look at life more positively

  • Connects us with our inner child and each other

  • Makes our planet a happier place to be!

In a laughter session we build through play and dance, laughing with the intention of reaching our own inner smile that rolls deep from our belly.

How does it work?

Come, experience it and go home relaxed and full of positive energy!

There is no age to laughter.

Caution is advised or it is not desirable to participate in a laughing session in the following situations: during pregnancy, after surgery, in the event of serious heart problems, or with cataracts (eye problem).
